#1 Reason You Need Church Management Software

The #1 reason churches purchase a church membership database is to issue IRS compliant contribution statements and avoid the risk of members losing their tax deduction due to non-compliant church contribution statements.

Sadly, this happens more often than necessary. One Pastor told me of an IRS audit he’d gone through where he produced the proper contribution statement. But the IRS noticed it was printed “after” the Pastor filed his tax return. The IRS is strict on this also, you’re supposed to have the correct statement “before” you file your tax return, and before the due date of your return (including extensions), but which ever date comes first.
Can someone tell me how to know when you update the information on your website? I don’t want to have to remember to come back all the time. Someone said something about a feed? I don’t know what that is. Thank You
